hehe I am amused. Esp since Cingular is the acct I did when I worked at Lock\Line.
Just sittin here getting ready to leave for work soon. Lunch is packed, so all I have to do is gather my things and get out the door but I still have about 20 min before I have to leave. Yesterday was a lot of fun. Our trainers rock. They are close knit and know each other well enough they're comfortable busting each other's chops now and then. By far the best training class I have ever been in.
From the look at the agenda yesterday, it looks like today is going to be covering more on Equipment and then Customer Service.
Ok need to get my shoes on and get ready to go. Be back later tonight. :)
