Jul. 29th, 2007 09:47 pmSo it's been a nice quiet yet semi-productive weekend.
I got a lot of reading done. I've been re-reading the Harry Potter series, finished book 6 yesterday and read book 7 from start to finish yesterday.
Did my grocery shopping Friday.
Tonight, I had the urge to make deviled eggs for our potluck at work tomorrow. Waiting on the eggs to cool so I can go peel and finish making them then get them in the fridge. I just hope I don't forget them tomorrow.
I also got a few loads of dishes done today, made dinner and prepped a teriyaki chicken dinner and put it in the freezer so all I have to do is bake it later this week and serve over rice. Though, depends on leftover status, I may not make it til next week while I am on vacation. Going to Mom's next weekend for a visit.
Went in to work today and helped process offline forms for 3.25 hours of OT. That will help since I didn't do any other OT this weekend (didn't want to mess with the conversion that they did over the weekend) and I'll not be doing any this Friday or Saturday due to being out of town. Oh well, I'll manage temporarily.
I am going to be picking back up on the overtime after my vacation anyways. I am determined to pay off Bank of America as soon as possible. The balance was at $4857.59 before payday, and as of Friday, I sent them $700 through online pay. Will be able to send them a little more with the 8/10 paycheck and we'll see what the last check in August does. I'm hopefully going to be able to pay it off in 4 months. Sooner would be a lot nicer but we'll see.
