wow, halfway through july already?

Work was ok yesterday. A couple calls that shooting myself would have been less painful, but I survived. :) Managed to sell a couple more features yesterday as well, bringing my July commission to $64.75 so far. Not bad for not trying very hard to sell features... Of course it does help when the first words out of the customer's mouth is "I want to add unlimited text messaging to my phone" or something along those lines. :)

Got home from work last night and noticed the mailman had not been by, as the two items I was mailing out were still in the mailbox. So either the mailman had been there really early yesterday, or forgot about my mailbox.

Hmm, it looks like 3 weeks from today I will be able to start my free line of service under the employee rate plan. Wonder what phones they will let me choose from...

I should also be seeing my raise soon. Hopefully on the next paycheck.

I think Tuesday or Wednesday I am going to go see Pirates of the Caribbean 2 since I don't have to work, and I have a free ticket to the local theater. :)

For now though, I suppose I will get off of here and finish getting ready for work.

ugh what a day

The very last call I took lasted an hour because this lady just couldn't understand the concepts of if we give her the full amount of minutes on plan she was originally billed partial charges for, she had to pay the difference in the price of the rate plan in order to get credit for the roaming charges on her old plan. My head still hurts from that call.

On the plus side though, I should see $42.88 in commission added to my commission account for today's feature and accessory sales.
