Welcome to Wednesday

So my little sister, her boyfriend and their new baby are here finally. Mom will be blinding the baby with the flash when she gets off work later I'm sure... I'll upload the pics later tonight when I get home if Mom relinquishes the digicam back to my control ;)

For now it's time to get ready for work...

*sigh* There went *my* day. :(

Well, seems someone decided to help themselves into my car this afternoon between the time I got to work and the time I got back out to come home for lunch, for I went to grab my mp3 player discman from its hiding spot... and couldn't find it. They left the little plug in remote thing but took the discman and the cd inside it. :( So yay... out about $50 bucks now and can't replace it til I get paid friday. Fuckers. I hope they enjoyed themselves.

and oh how well the very next strip of QoW (today's strip) describes job hunting heh.

So I survived work. It was actually ok I guess. Not sure if my supervisor has submitted my vacation request yet. :\ I'd love to know asap if it is approved or not so I can actually start making real plans. Oh well, patience hasn't ever been my strongest virtue. ;)
