Whee! I survived Day 2. :)

So yeah, made it through day #2 at Lockline. Today was starting in on the customer service aspect of things and a general overview of the stuff we'll be doing. We also got our headsets checked out to us and got to sit and listen in on some calls for about 45 minutes before we got to leave for the day.
